As you have noticed there have been no posts for the past couple of weeks. Not to worry things have been going on at a normal pace. The last pictures were from 15-Aug wherein they had gotten the ‘felt’ on the roof. This was a Saturday – well the next week the roof shingles were placed on the roof, this was followed by the plumbing, electrical system, media system and HVAC. After this, we had to wait for an inspection (by the city) this week. Next comes the insulation and drywall and on from there. So let’s see what has been done – be SURE to look at all pictures as there is a one of a kind picture in here!!!!!!!!!!!
These pictures were taken 21, 22 August when they were putting on the roof shingles and the completed roof.
The first of these three pictures show the piping, red – hot, blue – cold piping. Needless to say, this is just a SMALL portion of the piping. The second picture is the electrical and media wiring. yellow – power, white – lights, small blue CAT5 – telephone, small white CAT6 for the computer system, large gray – HVAC. You also see some piping. The third picture is everything which includes some of the ductwork for the HVAC – little blurry.
All of the prior, the house has been inspected – passed of course. Now we see some of the drywall that will go in next week.
