June 2023 Urban Green Back 2 Basics

As mentioned in our newsletter for this month I will address the series of webinars entitled: Urban Green: Back 2 Basics Wednesdays Webinar Series. This series of webinars prepared by the Alabama Extension Home Grounds teams addresses basic gardening and landscaping training for individuals in limited spaces.

This series of webinars has been in production for several years, since 01 Apr 2020. One of the things I have found most interesting is that most of the articles are essentially timeless. For example, what about tool maintenance – this is always a good topic as a new area in your “gardening repertory” or to simply go back and review the topic.

Most of these presentations are headed by Rudy Pacmbaba but are also supported by other Extension agents. They will help you with your gardening, landscaping, pest control, irrigation, and many more interesting topics.

So, head on over to our website, https://quailcreekcivic.org/links/, for information on attending live webinars as well as accessing previous webinars of interest.

The following points are from the website, as shown above and will get you started.
