Stokley Garden Express

These two Garden Express retail centers are both retail outlets for the Stokley Nursery in Semmes. One is located just a few blocks from downtown Mobile on Government St. and the other is about eight miles from downtown Mobile on Moffett Road in Semmes. The Garden Express stores are a different type of nursery. Yes, they have an excellent selection of plants, shrubs, etc. as well as an excellent store for all things “garden”. What is different about these garden/landscape stores are their association with the major wholesaler Stokley Nursery in Semmes. I wanted some native plants that are not normally available in most nurseries. I call a Garden Express, they call the wholesale nursery and can get what I want, delivered to either Garden Express. This gives you access to a much wider variety of plants than other garden/landscape centers. The Garden Express in Semmes is a larger garden center as it is collocated with Stokley Nursery. BOTH are worthwhile to go peruse their stock.
